KINGSTON - James Brown, co-owner of Brown's Fine Foods, was named this year's First Capital Distinguished Citizen at a Canada Day ceremony in Kingston. In addition to his role in running the 80-year-old family business, Brown has worked tirelessly on behalf of young people and the Kingston community.
